Synopsis[]
Oyajitchi… I hope you're happy up there.
Plot[]
A boy sits in a bean bag chair taking care of his Oyajitchi on the 2024 Tamagotchi Connection. When he clears the screen full of poop the boy is surprised to see Oyajitchi missing. Meanwhile, Oyajitchi is shown trying to join Mametchi, Memetchi, and Mimitchi's group as they kick a soccer ball around. Oyajitchi fails to kick the ball back to them, falling on his back and knocking the ball up into a tree. When the group checks on him, Oyajitchi yells at them in frustration and leaves, causing Memetchi to become angry herself.
Later on, Oyajitchi returns to the boy's Connection. The boy tries to feed him dinner, but Oyajitchi rejects it and goes to sleep immediately. Confused, the boy tosses the Connection on the chair and leaves it alone. Oyajitchi's dream is then shown where he is successfully impressing the group from before by kicking the ball around.
The next day, Memetchi goes to Oyajitchi's house to argue with him for what happened yesterday as Mametchi and Mimitchi hang back in fear. However, it's revealed that Oyajitchi had died and turned into an Obaketchi. The group stand in stunned silence and the scene changes to show the tree from before, the soccer ball finally falling back to the ground.
