Name Origin[]
Shurikentchi comes from the Japanese word "Shuriken", a throwing weapon used by ninjas.
Appearance[]
Shurikentchi resembles a mouse and a ninja. He is dark gray and has a light gray ninja star on his head. His face is a white square with black eyes and a small circle nose. He has a large body with two large ears, joined to his body. His legs are short and white.
Personality[]
These little hamster-like Tama-Pets are highly skilled warriors, and popular pets at Gozaru Village. They're very quick and sneaky and will ambush whoever they think might be threatening their owner.

Shurikentchi appears at Donuts Park from 7 PM to 10 PM. He can be adopted if encountered three times.
Tamagotchi Uni[]
Shurikenchi is a visiting pet on the Tamagotchi Uni. He can be attracted by placing the Arcade Machine, Jukebox or TV decor in the backyard.

Tamagotchi![]
A group of Shurikentchi appear in Tamagotchi!, all belonging to Shigurehimetchi in "Shushushu! Kenkenken! Shigurehimetchi's Castle". They serve under her as servants and must protect her from any harm. They are at first shown as shadows running Shigurehimetchi to school and helping Kikitchi through the many traps in Shigurehimetchi's castle. When Chamametchi falls from the balcony and is left hanging on the roof, their appearance is finally revealed as they work together to bring Chamametchi to safety.
Shigurehimetchi calls a group of them in "Getting Heated! Class Committee Election" to stop Kikitchi from running away from school and chase him around the sports field to make him stronger for the upcoming class representative election. In "Gozaru Village! Onigiri Tamamori", the group is called again to help Shigurehimetchi present her onigiri tamamori for the Sparkling Tamamori Heaven competition. After the contest, they later hold Kashiratchi down so Lovelin and her friends can leave without getting held back by him.
Shurikentchi races against other Tama Pets in "Good Luck! Big Tama Pet Race", but remains at the start line for half of the race, confusing everyone. When they finally move, they run at lightning-fast speed making it to the front of the race where Onsenmoguratchi is. However, when Shurikentchi spots Shigurehimetchi falling over in the stands, he abandons the race to catch her.

Shinobikentchi[]
Shinobikentchi is a green variant of Shurikentchi that appears on the Tamagotchi On. They dream of joining the Shurikentchi team and training by running through the fields. They can be adopted if the Unicycle, Treadmill, or Flower Swing item is left in the yard.
