The Spacy Brothers as depicted in the Tamagotchi! anime
The Spacy Brothers (スペイシー･ブラザース Supeishii Burazaasu) are a trio composed of Spacytchi, Akaspetchi, and Pipospetchi. They appear in Tamagotchi! and every one of it's sequel series; Tamagotchi! Yume Kira Dream, Tamagotchi! Miracle Friends and GO-GO Tamagotchi!.
The Spacy Brothers are aliens from a different planet called Spacy Land, but they landed on Tamagotchi Planet. They want to take it over and make Spacytchi the king of it. Spacytchi is the leader of the Spacy Brothers.
Originally, Spacytchi's motivation for taking over Tamagotchi planet was a childhood promise to make Himespetchi his queen, but after learning she doesn't remember his promise at all, he decided to take it over solely for himself.

- Despite the name, the Spacy Brothers are not siblings or related to each other in any way. Rather, Spacytchi simply refers to Akaspetchi and Pipospetchi as his lackeys.
