Spotchi (スポットっち) (otherwise known as Spot) is a costume Tamagotchi that appears exclusively on the Tamagotchi Music Star. It is one of two costumes, the other being Mochatchi.
Appearance[]
Spotchi resembles a dog with a light yellow body, two brown spots (over its right ear and left arm), and a light brown beak.

Tamagotchi Music Star[]
The "Spot" costume can be purchased at the shop for 12,000 Gotchi Points, and can only be worn by adult characters. Once worn, the Tamagotchi will stay as Spotchi until they fall asleep. Spotchi will maintain the same sleeping hours, base weight, idle animation pattern, and food and item preferences of the Tamagotchi wearing the costume. The "Spot" costume item is consumed upon use.
When accessing Music City, the costume would not take effect; users gained the appearance of Spotchi, Mochathi, or Nazotchi using a widely-circulated special code.
Name Origin[]
The name comes from the English word "spot", a popular name for pet dogs with prominent spots.
Trivia[]
- Spotchi is referred to as simply "Spot" on the Music Star toy, but as "Spotchi" on the Music City website.
