The Strange Biology Institute (ふしぎ生物研究所 Fushigi Seibutsu Kenkyūjo), or Unidentified Mysterious Animal Research Lab, is the place where Professor Banzo studies Tamagotchi and where Mikachu works as a part time assistant. It is located in Taitō, Tokyo.
Appearance[]
The building is Japanese styled with white walls, red trimmings, red tiled roof, and two Sachihoko statues on top of the building. A large blue fish sign sits on the lower roof with the name of the building written on it.
The inside of the building resembles a standard lab with gray tiled flooring and walls. There are several machines, tools, and bookshelves dedicated to the study of Tamagotchi.
