Synopsis[]
Kuchipatchi finds a stone statue that looks like him at an antique shop. When he takes a picture with it, it gets stuck to his body. Kuchipatchi eventually accepts being stuck with it and goes on with his daily life until the statue starts talking to him. After learning that the statue had a younger brother they were separated from, Kuchipatchi and friends try to find and reunite the statues.
Plot[]
The Tama-friends walk through Tamagotchi Town looking forward to lunch. They spot a mysterious tent in an alley and decide to visit it to look at the stuff inside. Telelin points out a stone statue that looks like Kuchipatchi and Kuchipatchi goes to pose with it so Pashalin can take a picture. When he moves away, he realizes that the statue is stuck to his body. The Tama-friends try to pull the statue off him, but it remains stuck to him. The shopkeeper is unable to offer any help other than mentioning that he found the statue at another store.
Kuchipatchi assures his friends that he's okay, but they're determined to get the statue off. They try other things such as pulling it harder, giving him a bath, and using Anemoriritchi's hair spray. All these methods fail and Kuchipatchi returns home to eat dinner with his family. He mentions that he feels close to the statue and names it "Ishinpatchi". The next morning, Kuchipatchi hears a voice scolding him for trying to eat Mamapatchi's cookies. He becomes scared of the mysterious voice before realizing it's from Ishipatchi.
Kuchipatchi tells this news to the Tama-friends and they become more interested in the statue. Only Kuchipatchi can hear his voice so he relays whatever Ishipatchi says back to everyone. Kuchipatchi and Ishipatchi spend the whole day together and become friends. As Kuchipatchi goes to bed that night, Ishipatchi thinks about his original home where he was next to another statue.
The next day, the Tama-friends throw a small party for Ishipatchi to celebrate Kuchipatchi's new friend. Moriritchi decorates them in Tamamori and Himespetchi tells them their lucky color. Mametchi then places a device on Ishipatchi that allows his voice to be heard by everyone. Ishipatchi nervously says hi to everyone and thanks them for the party. Noticing his hesitant tone, Mametchi asks him if he's okay. Ishipatchi then reveals his backstory: he was originally carved in a stone tablet next to an identical statue that was his younger brother. A strong storm cracks the tablet and causes the brother to fall off and become lost. Ishipatchi waits many seasons for them to come back, but they never did. A Tamagotchi eventually finds Ishipatchi and carves him out of the tablet. He is passed through many owners before ending up in the mysterious tent the Tama-friends were in. When he sees Kuchipatchi, he holds on to him as he reminds him of his brother and doesn't want to be alone.
After listening to his story the Tama-friends promise to help Ishipatchi find his brother. They go to the Library to find information on Ishipatchi and ask Tamagotchis in town for information. When Lovelin and Melodytchi go to work, they ask their audience for help. Mametchi and Himespetchi use an invention to locate the brother. Unfortunately, despite their efforts they are no closer to finding Ishipatchi's brother. Ishipatchi thanks them anyways, but suddenly says that they can sense their brother nearby. The Tama-friends go on a wild chase to follow Ishipatchi's sense and end up at the Tamatama Musuem which is holding a stone exhibition.
They run into Shinshitchi who works there and recognizes Ishipatchi, saying that they have a statue just like him. He takes them to a backroom where Ishipatchi's brother is sitting. The two excitedly talk to each other and Ishipatchi glows and moves off of Kuchipatchi to join his brother. The two then float in the air and fuse into a mysterious plate which gives off the Stone Tama Heart. After Lovelitchi and Melodytchi collect it in their Tama Profys, the plate turns into a stone tablet and floats back down to the ground. The tablet becomes the museum's next attraction and Kuchipatchi looks at his side where Ishipatchi used to be and smiles.
