Tama-Lucky Lottery (おさわがせ！TAMAラッキーくじ Osawagase! TAMA rakkī kuji) is part 1 of episode 19 of Tamagotchi!.
Synopsis[]
Mametchi and Chamametchi find a "Tama Lucky Lottery" in an open space. Chamametchi really wants to draw one and win a prize. The Spacy Brothers also want to draw a lottery ticket!
Plot[]
In Tamagotchi Town, Mametchi, Chamametchi, and Hapihapitchi are doing their mother's shopping. After buying something in a store, the cashier hands them their purchase along with a Tama Lottery ticket with a stamp inside. Mametchi explains to an excited Chamametchi that in a lottery, you get to win a prize if you're lucky and the three decide to stop at the lottery stand on the way back. At the stand, they see Tamastetchi and Belltchi encouraging nearby people to play in the lottery and announcing the number one prize: a box of assorted cookies.
After watching a person turn in their ticket, play the slot machine, and lose the three go up to the counter to try out the game. Unfortunately, a play requires a ticket with five stamps on it and they only have three. Mametchi breaks the bad news to Chamametchi who starts crying, wanting to play the game. Lovelitchi then shows up and asks what's wrong with Mametchi explaining the situation. She then says that she still has things to buy so she can help them fill out the rest of the ticket, cheering up Chamametchi. After Lovelitchi gets a stamp, Memetchi spots the group and buys something to get the last stamp for them.
Meanwhile, the Spacy Brothers watch a person play the Tama Lottery slot machine and Spacytchi questions what it is. After seeing Tamagotchi Planet as one of the slot machine's symbols, Akaspetchi concludes that the prize for winning must be Tamagotchi Planet, shocking Spacytchi. Excited for an easy way to conquer the planet, the brothers go off to play the game.
With a full ticket, the group arrives at the Tama Lottery stand to play the slot machine. They hand the ticket in and Chamametchi pulls the lever. Everyone watches with anticipation as the slot machine runs, but unfortunately only two of the symbols match. Tamastetchi hands Chamametchi a packet of tissues as a consolation prize and she struggles to keep her tears in, saying that she is a big girl. Later on, as Mametch, Chamametchi, and Hapihapitchi walk home, they spot a wallet lying on the ground. Chamametchi picks it up and says they should return it to the owner and Mametchi runs back home and returns with his "Searching Spinny Hat". They put the wallet on the hat and stick it on Hapihapitchi who leads them back to Daikutchi. He thanks them for returning his wallet and gives them his filled out lottery ticket as a reward.
Meanwhile, the Spacy Brothers search for lottery tickets in an alleyway since they have no money to buy things. They successfully find five tickets with one stamp and try to turn them in to Tamastetchi who tells them that they need one ticket with five stamps. Akaspetchi responds that they went through so much trouble just to find the tickets and Tamastetchi relents and lets them play. Pipospetchi asks to play the slot machine because he is lucky at games, but Spacytchi tells him that he can handle it. Unfortunately, they only get two matching symbols and Pipospetchi yells at him for not letting play. Later on, Chamametchi returns with her siblings to the stand to play the game one more time. They watch with anticipation as the third row moves and cheer when it slides to Tamagotchi Planet, signaling their win. Chamametchi holds on to her box of cookies as the siblings head home.
In the early evening, the Spacy Brothers return to the lottery stand with five more tickets to play again. Unfortunately for them, Tamastetchi and Belltchi went home for the day.
