Tamagotchi Party is an official free-to-play game world available to play on the online game platform Roblox, developed by Tamagotchi Official and Roblox user PJ_tamagotchi and published by Bandai Namco Entertainment.
The game released on May 27th, 2025 and is still in the beta stage of development, with further support and features promised down the line.
Gameplay[]
Tamagotchi Party sees the player's Roblox avatar in a world themed around the Tamagotchi brand, including cameos of different devices, characters and more. The main world consists of 3 separate areas reminiscent of Tama Fields: Land Zone, Water Zone, and Sky Zone, with the latter two needing to be unlocked with coins.
There are several activities to do within in the world, including exploring for treasure chests that contain coins, obtaining Tamagotchi character companions, purchasing accessories for them to wear, unlocking each zone and competing in party games together with other players.
There will also be Tamagotchi Paradise functionality, with players able to input a code from their device; though, any further info on the feature is still unknown.
Gashapon[]
At the main entrance of the hub area, there are Gashapon machines themed after a variety of Tamagotchi devices where different Tamagotchi characters can be obtained as companions; some are full 3D models while others appear in 2D sprite form. Once the player obtains their first Tamagotchi companion, a device resembling the one the character originated from (or is associated with) will float behind the player at all times.
Four machines are unlocked when first starting the game: Angel, iD L, Connection V4 and Paradise. The player can unlock two more per additional zone unlocked: Original Tamagotchi and Uni for Water Zone, and Connection V3 and Pix for Sky Zone.
Accessories[]

Accessories, or "Deco" as they are referred to in game, are items that can be purchased with coins to decorate the player's selected Tamagotchi companion. 3D modeled companions can wear accessories for the Head, Face, and Back, while 2D sprite companions can only wear accessories for the Head and Face.
Party Games[]
There are three mini-games per area currently available (besides one under construction in the Sky Zone) for play, with more to be added in future updates. When playing a game, the player's avatar will turn into the Tamagotchi character they have selected as their following companion.
Land Zone[]
- Tama Pancake Jump: Be the first to hop across Banana, Matcha, Honey, and Strawberry-flavored pancakes and make it to the end! One flavor is selected at a time to land on while all other flavors disappear.
- Tama Bounce Challenge: Smack a ball back and forth with a stick, trying not to get hit. The ball rapidly increases speed with every hit. If you're hit, you're out!
- Tama Poke Poke: Send your opponent flying by smacking them with a poo-tipped stick! If you land in the water, you lose!
Water Zone[]
- Tama Drop Dodge: Run around a ducky toilet bowl, trying not to get hit by falling droppings. The droppings increase in speed and quantity as time goes on.
- Tama Panic Pass: Similar to 'Hot Potato', pass a rotten egg between each player. If Deviltchi hatches from the egg while you're holding it, you lose!
- Tama Splashdown: Shoot down as many players as you can with your water gun within the time limit. The player with the most points wins!
Sky Zone[]
- Tama Hide & Seek: Split into teams! Transform to hide, or seek those in hiding!
- Tama Sky Tower: Climb as high as you can! Whoever climbs the highest wins!

Trivia[]
- Despite using the same visual design as Gotchi Points, the in-game currency is referred to simply as "Coins".
- Around the different zones are giant sprite recreations of many characters from the first two generations of the Original Tamagotchi, all of which have a treasure chest atop them if climbed.
- There are also many icons floating around resembling the sickness skull, discipline bar, food and happiness meters, etc.
- All of the hedges around the world resemble silhouettes for characters on the upcoming Tamagotchi Paradise, with each zone having its respective species represented (e.g. Meowtchi in Land Zone, Irukatchi in Water Zone, Horhotchi in the Sky Zone, etc.).
