General Overview

Lifespan

The general lifespans for each stage are:

• Baby: 1 hour
• Child: 24 hours
• Teen: 36 hours
• Adult: Indefinite until death with neglect, Tamagotchi goes home by themselves after 4-5 days, or user sends them home.

Friendship Levels

The friendship level will start at Normal after birth and will gradually increase as the user interacts with the Tamagotchi. Raising happiness, whether through feeding snacks, playing games, or petting will raise the friendship level. Feeding a favorite snack or playing with a favorite item will increase the level faster. Once the Tamagotchi reaches "Best Pals" status, the user can ask them to stay once the Tamagotchi decides to go home. The general values for each level are:

• Normal: 0
• Friendly: 100
• Friends: 200
• Good Buddies: 400
• Best Pals: 700

Child Stage

The child you get depends on the amount of Happy Points (HP) the baby has before growing up. (Each bar on the stats menu is about 5 points each, with the first bar appearing with 1 point and the maximum amount of points before Adult Stage being 30)

Teen Stage

Conditions for obtaining a teen depends on the Care Misses (CM) they got during the child stage and their friendship level. Teen characters are taken from the Tamagotchi m!x and Tamagotchi On, although now they are again separated by gender.

Adult Stage

Obtain conditions for an adult depends on several factors; the color of the egg given upon finishing the start-up quiz (or the one randomly selected when the previous Tamagotchi leaves) will determine the Egg Group in which the adult can become. Care mistakes are cumulative, meaning however many are made throughout the Tamagotchi's child and teen stage are taken into account. Adults may also be obtained by fulfilling a special condition within a certain range of total care mistakes.

Party Version

The Party version has the same character roster as the Original version, with the addition of Milktchi and Wawatchi in place of Awamokotchi and Weeptchi. The three Egg Groups are nearly identical, with the exception of Chamametchi being in the Smart Group, and Shimagurutchi and Paintotchi having different care mistake requirements.

There are now three ways to obtain an adult:

• Care mistakes only
• Care mistakes + certain number of item or food usage
• Inviting a character to a party 5+ times. Note that the character must be the same gender and egg group as the user's current Tamagotchi to be obtained. The invite must also come from the user's Tama List, as invitations through QR code do not count.

The order of priority if multiple conditions are obtained is as follows:

1. Invite to party 5+ times
2. Care mistakes w/special condition
3. Care mistakes alone
