The Tamagotchi Shops are special sections within Bandai Namco Cross Stores, opened in both Japan and Internationally. They are the successors to the Tamagotchi Department Store, small department stores in Japan that sold Tamagotchi merchandise.
The Tamagotchi Shop sells a variety of Tamgotchi related merchandise including Original Tamagotchi, Tamagotchi Connection, Tamagotchi Nano and Tamagotchi Uni devices.

Tokyo[]
The first Tamagotchi Shop opened as a pop-up store in the Bandai Namco Tokyo Cross Store on November 17th, 2023. Soon after, this pop-up was converted into a permanent feature and rebranded to Tamagotchi Shop.
Osaka[]
The second location opened in Osaka at the Bandai Namco Cross Store Osaka Umeda on March 15, 2024. This was the first location to launch with the "Tamagotchi Shop" branding and new design.
Fukuoka[]
The third Tamagotchi Shop opened in the Bandai Namco Cross Store Hakata March 20th, 2024.
Yokohama[]
The fourth Tamagotchi Shop opened in the Bandai Namco Yokohama Cross Store July 20th 2024.
United Kingdom[]
Camden[]
Bandai opened a Tamagotchi section in the Bandai Namco Camden Cross Store on November 3, 2023. It later was redesigned and expanded to become their fifth, and first international, Tamagotchi Shop in Camden, UK on August 30th 2024
United States[]
East Rutherford, New Jersey[]
Though not yet branded as a "Tamagotchi Shop", the Bandai Namco Toys and Collectables store was opened at the American Dream Mall in East Rutherford, NJ on May 31st 2024. It featured a smaller section similar to the pre-redesign UK Tamagotchi Shop, selling all current Tamagotchi devices available in the North America.
New York Comic Con 2024[]
A pop up Tamagotchi Shop was opened at NYCC 2024, selling currently available devices as well as convention exclusives.
