Tamatomo Reunion! Coming Home to Tamagotchi Town (たまとも再会！たまごっちタウンに里帰り Tamatomo saikai! Tamagotchi Taun ni satogaeri) is episode 10 of Tamagotchi! Yume Kira Dream and episode 153 of Tamagotchi! overall. It aired on November 19, 2012. The creator of the episode is Matsui Aya. The main characters in Tamagotchi! such as Lovelitchi made a brief return in this episode since their last appearance in the final episode of Tamagotchi!
Plot[]
In Dream School, Yumemitchi and Kiraritchi are talking about an upcoming D2 concert. Mametchi looks worried, but he does not tell the others what is troubling him. That night, after Mametchi has dinner with Ikaritchi, Mametchi is thinking about his upcoming birthday and wishes he could return to Tamagotchi Town to spend it with his old Tama-Friends.
The next morning, Himespetchi is walking through Dream School when she sees Mametchi sighing miserably. She asks him what is wrong, and he says it's nothing, but then he reveals that he would like to return to Tamagotchi Town. Himespetchi takes this as an opportunity to do something nice for him (as an attempt to make him realize she loves him) and offers to take him to Tamagotchi Town. Mametchi is delighted.
Himespetchi then goes into a daydream about riding on an airplane, sitting next to Ikemen Mametchi. When her daydream ends, she is flying in her Himespe Spaceship. She looks over to her window and is dismayed to find Memetchi and Kuchipatchi standing next to Mametchi. A flashback shows Mametchi telling Memetchi and Kuchipatchi about Himespetchi's intention to take him to Tamagotchi Town, and Himespetchi thinks with frustration about how Memetchi and Kuchipatchi wanted to come along.
Back in Dream Town, the Spacy Brothers are working in a game arcade, washing the screens of arcade machines. It then shows Yumemitchi and Kiraritchi watching the D2 concert, before switching back to Tamagotchi Town.
Himespetchi takes Memetchi and Kuchipatchi to their families in Guruguru Town and Patchi Forest, and at last she can stand next to Mametchi in the window. She is so delighted, she does a fortune on her Himespe Phone. As they approach Mametchi's home, they see Papamametchi, Mamametchi, Chamametchi, and Hapihapitchi waiting for them.
Himespetchi and Mametchi are in the living room of the Mame House, having tea. Papamametchi and Mamametchi thank Himespetchi for bringing Mametchi back to Tamagotchi Town, and Chamametchi asks her brother to tell her all about Dream Town.
The next morning, Mametchi, Memetchi, Kuchipatchi, and Himespetchi are in Tamagotchi School, giving speeches about their experiences in Dream Town. The class is especially impressed by Mametchi's speech. Afterwards, Mametchi plays soccer with Kuromametchi.
That night, Mametchi is out on the balcony looking up at the stars. Himespetchi walks over to stand by him. She really wants to tell him that she loves him, but just as she speaks, Mametchi interrupts her and says he wants to see Lovelitchi and Melodytchi again.
It is Mametchi's birthday the next morning. Many of his Tama-Friends are there, and he has a large birthday cake that has a picture of himself. Everyone wishes him congratulations, and Mametchi tears up in happiness. Melodytchi then plays an instrumental version of Smile for Tomorrow. Mametchi blows out the candles, and then everyone continues to enjoy the party together.
Near the end of the party, Lovepapalitchi is placing bags of snacks on the table. Kuchipatchi eats one and thinks it is horrible. Nobody else wants to eat them, but because Mametchi was busy talking to Kuromametchi he doesn't know the snacks are one of Lovepapalitchi's bad recipes.
Mametchi, Memetchi, and Kuchipatchi are going home. Mametchi has taken some of Lovepapalitchi's candy bags with him. Himespetchi is crying in the corner, upset because she forgot to give a birthday present to him. Mametchi approaches her and assures her it is okay; taking him to Tamagotchi Town was the best present she could have given him. Himespetchi cries with happiness. Memetchi and Kuchipatchi come over to thank Himespetchi as well, and she calls them all her Tama-Friends.
At home in Dream Town, Mametchi leaves a Tamamo letter and a candy bag for Ikaritchi. Ikaritchi reads the Tamamo letter and then eats one of the snacks, but because it is by Lovepapalitchi, Ikaritchi is shocked by the taste and Mametchi is dismayed.
