The Tamaverse is a location that debuted in the Tamagotchi Uni.
Appearance[]
The Tamaverse is a virtual location that can be accessed by putting on VR goggles. Once inside, the location is shown to be a sprawling city full of themed buildings.
The floor is a purple grid with a blue gradient. The sky is various shades of purple, blue, pink, and orange with a dot matrix pattern and clouds consisting of greetings in different languages. There are also many colorful shapes and words scattered through the city as decorations. Tamagotchis who visit the Tamaverse are given a blue outline glow to further signify the virtual appearance of the location.
On Virtual Pets[]
Tamagotchi Uni[]
The Tamagotchi can visit the Tamaverse once they are a child. Pressing the A button will scroll through the other locations and pressing the B button will select it. Pressing the C button opens the prompt to exit Tamaverse.
Entrance[]
At the entrance, the user's Tamagotchi can meet random user's Tamagotchi characters, who will greet them in their native language. Pressing the B button will open up the menu for sending hearts to other player's Tamagotchi and viewing the total amount of heart received from other players. If the player has connected with another Uni device and idles at the entrance, an animation will play of their Tamagotchi and the other Uni's Tamagotchi dancing together before getting paid gotchi points.
Tama Square[]
Tama Square is separated into three areas:
- Tama Party: The user's Tamagotchi can meet other users' Tamagotchis for a chance to marry them. The Tamagotchi will be given four random Tamagotchi of the opposite gender to choose from and will be shown where the date will take place. Once a partner is selected, a cutscene of the date will play out and the user will be asked if they wish to marry the Tamagotchi. If yes is selected, another cutscene will play of the two Tamagotchi falling in love and driving away in a car. The user is then returned home with a new egg. Once the offspring evolves into a child, the parents will send them a gift based on the NPC spouse's location.
- Note that the Tamagotchi can only go to a Tama Party once a day. If the user does not choose a partner or let their Tamagotchi get married after a date, the White Tama will turn the Tamagotchi away on future visits until 24 hours have passed.
- Tama Travel: Tourcontchi will take the user's Tamagotchi on a tour to an exotic location for 2000 Gotchi Points. At the end of the tour, the Tamagotchi will bring back a souvenir. The destinations that can be chosen are:
- Jungle: Traveling through the jungle, the Tamagotchi goes on a boat ride on a river to the elephants, with a rainbow finale.
- Desert Ruins: The Tamagotchi travels the desert to see the pyramids and get surprised by a Fennec Fox.
- Water City: The Tamagotchi rides a gondola and later enjoys the sunset.
- Tropical Island: The Tamagotchi goes on a boat to watch whales.
- Aurora Village: The Tamagotchi hops on a sled to watch polar lights in the night sky.

Trivia[]
- The Tamaverse can be entered without the Uni being connected to Wi-Fi. The Tamagotchi that appear instead of other players are randomized NPCs.
- Occasionally, the Tamagotchi may be presented with a NPC character as a partner at the Tama Party. Marrying them will have the date take place in a unique location and the next generation will receive a unique gift from the parents. So far, the NPCs include Isoginchakotchi and Uchuuhikotchi.
- Once the user chooses a team for a competition event at the Tama Arena, the Tamagotchi's outline color will change to reflect the team color. This outline color will stay until the user chooses another team for the next Tama Arena event.
- Tourcontchi and White Tamas seen during Tama Tours and Tama Parties do not have the outline glow other Tamagotchi have when they visit the Tamaverse, suggesting they're physically at the locations.
- White Tamas have unique dialogue if the user starts a Tama Arena game, but loses connection or resets the Uni while it plays. If the user returns to the arena the same day, the White Tama will doubt the user lost connection (implying they reset the Uni on purpose), but let them play the Arena game again without any consequences.
- The Arena Gate location's name was changed to "???", following the 1.1.0 update.
- As of version 1.4.0, a construction White Tama will tell the Tamagotchi that the area is under construction. Subsequent visits will have them notify them that the construction work will not be done until 2024.
- The music used for NYANOE ♪ DANCE is an excerpt from the song "Namida-kun, good morning today too", sung by ano. The music video for the song features a rat character whose backpack resembles a purple Tamagotchi Uni and Nyanoe themself.
