Tentotchi (てんとっち) is an adult Mushitchi character that appears exclusively on the Mori de Hakken! Tamagotch and its GameBoy counterpart.
Name Origin[]
Tentotchi's name is derived from tentomushi (てんとうむし), which is the Japanese word for "ladybug".
Appearance[]
Tentotchi resembles a ladybug. It has a round body and stands up vertically. It has round arms and two short, skinny legs. Its front side is cream, and its back is red with white spots. It has big, pink lips, and tiny dot-like eyes. There are two antennae on top of its head.
Personality[]
Tentotchi lives in safflower meadows. It makes a living by exchanging safflower oil with Koganetchi. It has charming polka-dot stars shining on its back, but they can't be seen, even with a magnifying glass.

Starting from the white egg, the user must raise Imotchi's weight to at least 40mg by age 4, during which it must be given good care. When it evolves into Mayutchi, the temperature must be kept fairly low. Its special food is jujubes.

Tentotchi evolves from Minotchi with good (but not perfect) care and scoring high on the beauty contest. Its favorite food is leaves, and it dislikes acorns. Its speed rank is 3, and its highest possible beauty contest rank is 80.
