Plot[]
The episode begins with a lock on a gate narrating that a terrifying tale with Vampire Mametchi will happen tonight at Tamavania Castle. The gate opens and the scene changes to Sister Memetchi arriving at the nearby church by a horse-drawn carriage. She enters the church and goes inside to see Sister Lovelin, Sister Chamametchi, Sister Kuchipatchi, Sister Makiko, and Sister Flowertchi who were waiting for her. Lovelin explains that they had been discussing an issue and Makiko states that bats have been gathering at Tamavania castle. Lovelin further explains that if 100 bats gather at the castle then a "dreaded" vampire would awaken. The sisters then decide to prevent the bats from making to the castle in any way they can.
At the castle gate, Kuchipatchi hits the bats with a stick which makes them poof in black smoke. He goes to hit more, but Vampire Kikitchi and Vampire Hapihapitchi steal his stick and taunt him before flying away to the castle with the rest of the bats. The sisters run to the castle, but it is too late. Kikitchi has already started the ritual and awakened Mametchi who flies into the air and declares that his vampire blood feels restless. The sisters run away in fright as Mametchi also declares that they'll spread evil upon the world. The sisters make it back to the gate, but Makiko trips and falls. Memetchi tries to go back for her, but Lovelin forces her to keep running away as Mametchi appears behind Makiko, who looks at him with terror.
Back at the church, Lovelin and the rest of the sisters look in the library for a book written by previous sisters that will explain how to fight back against vampires. Memetchi hears a knock at the door and opens it to Makiko who reassures that she's fine in a flat voice. Her vampire teeth is then shown and she bites Memetchi who screams. In the next scene, Memetchi bites Kuchipatchi who was going down a staircase and Mametchi bites Flowertchi who was tricked into running into him by Kikitchi and Hapihapitchi.
In the cellar, Lovelin and Chamametchi find garlic and head back out to give them to the other sisters. The bitten sisters approach them and Chamametchi goes to greet them, but Lovelin stops her, noticing their strange behavior. Mametchi appears behind the two and states that the sisters are his minions now and that they won't listen to their voice anymore. Lovelin and Chamametchi throw garlic at the vampires which Mametchi blocks. The sisters, however, eat the garlic and spit them out in disgust except Kuchipatchi who happily swallows it. He returns to normal and runs back to the sisters who flee from the scene and hide in a room, blocking the door with stakes and a desk. Lovelin notes that the garlic really does work and Chamametchi adds that the sisters refuse to eat it raw. She then gets an idea and says they should cook it.
The scene changes to Lovelin behind a counter announcing "Sister Lovelin's 30 second recipes". She proceeds to create pan fried potstickers in a short amount of time and the group decides to go around the back door. Outside the room, Kikitchi repeatedly bangs the door and commands the sisters inside to open the door. However, the sisters appear behind them and Mametchi immediately tells everyone to attack them. Chamametchi throws the potstickers at them and the bitten sisters happily eat them and return to normal. The reunited sisters then come together to defeat Mametchi, by pulling on his cape and holding him down so he can't dodge the potstickers. Chamametchi and Lovelin work together to throw the rest of them into Mametchi's mouth and he unwillingly eats them.
He falls to the ground and states how delicious the potstickers were before all his dark vampire energy flies out his body. He gets up and wonders where he is, before nonchalantly saying he has to get back home and greeting everyone goodbye. Mametchi climbs back in his coffin and wishes Kikitchi and Hapihapitchi goodnight before going to sleep. Kikitchi disappointedly says they should go home to Hapihapitchi and the two fly back to the moon. Outside the castle gate, the sisters cheer for their victory and joke about smelling like garlic. The gate itself then closes and says that the town's peace has been restored.
