The Spacy Brothers' Moving (スペイシーブラザーズのお引越 Supeishī burazāsu no o hikkoshi) is part 1 of episode 32 of Tamagotchi!.
Synopsis[]
The Spacy Brothers want a new secret base. They decide to move to the place Akaspetchi found, but mysterious phenomena keep happening one after another in the new place!
Plot[]
As classes end at Tamagotchi School, Mametchi, Memetchi, Kuchipatchi, and Chamametchi talk about what they're going to do as they walk home. Nearby, the Spacy brothers watch them leave as Akaspetchi wishes they had a home to go like them. Spacytchi responds that taking over Tamagotchi Planet would be easier if they had a secret base to which Akaspetchi suddenly remembers a possible place they could make their base.
The scene changes to large house resembling a monster with teeth and bat wings. Spacytchi tells Akaspetchi that it's different from what he expected, explaining he was hoping for an underground base with technology they could use in their quest. Akaspetchi notes that kind of place is hard to find and Spacytchi says it's okay as they'll take what they can get. They enter the house and become enthusiastic over having a new base to live in.
Later at night, the Spacy brothers are fast asleep on a couch in the living room. Suddenly, the coffee table loudly moves which startles Akaspetchi. He wakes up Spacytchi who tells him that it's probably Pipospetchi, but the scene pans to Pipospetchi sleeping upside down. The nearby window blows open and the brothers quickly run away from it. Akaspetchi states that there must be a ghost in the house and Spacytchi immediately yells at him not to say that. Spacytchi closes the window saying he's imagining things, but the window immediately blows open again.
A cabinet then shuffles towards the brothers and nearly falls on them. The Spacy brothers quickly run outside the house, jumping into a pond outside. Spacytchi tries to explain that he's not scared while Akaspetchi complains and says that he doesn't want to live in a house like that. When the brothers calm down and try to go back inside, noises inside the house discourage them and Spacytchi tells Akaspetchi and Pipospetchi that they can just sleep outside while enjoying the beautiful stars in the sky.
The next day, the Spacy brothers go to Waru Cafe wanting to hang out there and gather some courage before returning back to their base. Spacytchi forces Akaspetchi and Pipospetchi to go inside first as the patrons inside the cafe sneer at them. When they go inside, they are frightened by the bartender asking what they want. They order coffee, but when the brothers ask for cream and sugar, the patrons laughing at them makes them forget all about it. Upon taking a sip of their coffee, they are disappointed by its bitterness. The brothers leave the cafe feeling better about going back to their base, feeling the bitter coffee made them tough.
At night, the brothers are relaxing on the couch back at their new base. Suddenly, bright lights flood the room and it's revealed the house is a set for a GOTCHIMAN episode. Hero Lovelin calls out for Gotchiman to destroy the monster house in front of her and Gotchiman arrives in his car and obliges, shooting missiles at it. The Spacy brothers huddle together in fear as the set moves and panic when the missiles strike the house. As the house collapses on them, Hero Lovelin thanks Gotchiman and the TV crew leaves once the shooting is done. The last scene shows the injured Spacy brothers in the wreckage of the house, with Akaspetchi saying that he didn't know there were houses that could move on its own.
