Ufufutchi (うふふっち) is a female baby Tamagotchi that debuted on the Tamagotchi 4U in Japan, and in My Tamagotchi Forever internationally.

Ufufutchi has a small, round, pale pink body. She has two small, round ears on top of her head, and two tiny darker pink feet. She has dot-like eyes with one eyelash each, and pink cheeks. She was designed to look like the letter U with her ears, so that with Yochiyotchi, they spell out "4U".

Name Origin

Ufufu is a Japanese onomatopoeia for the sound of giggling. She may have intentionally been named so that the Romaji for her name starts with the letter "U", similar to how Yochiyotchi's name starts with the Japanese word for "4". Furthermore, her name might also reference the word for rabbit: either usagi (うさぎ) or u (卯), the latter meaning the Rabbit in the Chinese Zodiac.
