Unimarutchi is a character that debuted on the Tamagotchi Uni.
Name Origin[]
Unimarutchi comes from the English word Uni which is short for united and a reference to the Tamagotchi Uni. Maru is Japanese for circle.
Appearance[]
Unimarutchi has a fluffy body covered in pink and blue horizontal stripes. They have small floppy ears and a horn ending in a yellow ball. They have a pale colored face with two locks of hair on it and eyes with purple pupils. They float a short distance off the ground and have a yellow ring around their body. This ring can be removed and made to hover around another Tamagotchi if Unimarutchi is willing.
Personality[]
A Tamagotchi character who fits in with any group easily. It's not that they leave a huge impression or anything; it's just that, before you know it, you're hanging out together.

Tamagotchi Uni[]
Unimarutchi is a raisable adult character on the Tamagotchi Uni that evolves from Curltchi or Tustustchi with 2-5 care mistakes, as long as less than twenty perfect games have been played at the Tama Arcade as to not meet Kikitchi/Mimitchi's secondary requirements. Their hunger drops by one every 60 minutes while their happiness drops by one every 20 minutes. They go to sleep at 10 PM.
In addition to being the only adult on the Uni that can be of either gender, Unimarutchi is also the only one who can marry any adult regardless of gender. Attending a Tama Party in the Tamaverse can offer either boys or girls as date options.

Little Unimarutchi is a transformation exclusive to the Sanrio Characters Tama Portal on the Tamagotchi Uni. Unimarutchi's design is inspired by Sanrio characters Kiki and Lala, wearing Kiki's star and holding Lala's star wand.
Unimarucorn[]
Unimarucorn is a transformation exclusive to the Angel Festival Tama Portal location on the Uni. Unimarutchi is dressed as an unicorn, having ears, hooves, and a tail.
Onimarutchi[]
Onimarutchi is a transformation exclusive to the Monster Carnival Tama Portal location on the Uni. Unimarutchi is dressed as a demon, having horns on their head and their ring replaced with a spiked back one.

- Unimarutchi is the first adult Tamagotchi that can be raised as either gender introduced since the Tamagotchi Connection Version 5 Celebrity, almost two decades prior to the release of the Tamagotchi Uni.
- They are also the first raisable adult Tamagotchi on a color device to have the ability to marry any Tamagotchi regardless of their gender.
