Ura Mametchi (ウラまめっち Uramametchi) is a male adult-stage Ura Tamagotchi who debuted on the Ura Jinsei Enjoi Tamagotchi Plus in Japan, and on the Tamagotchi Connection Version 4.5 internationally, serving as the mascot for both.
He is the Ura counterpart to Mametchi, and the mascot character of the Ura Mame Group.
Name Origin[]
Ura Mametchi's name comes directly from Mametchi's, specifically mame (豆, 忠実) meaning "bean" or "diligent". Ura (裏) translates to "opposite of", referring to Ura Mametchi being more silly and aloof.
Appearance[]
Ura Mametchi is physically similar to Mametchi, though with very noticeable differences. Aside from having the lighter blue Ura outline as with other Ura Tamagotchis (which affect the color of his ears as well), Ura Mametchi has wider, more circular eyes, a wider (usually open) smile, and a short, curvy tail.
Personality[]
Ura Mametchi likes to make jokes and be mischievous; he is a class clown in comparison to Mametchi. He wants to be a stand-up comedian. Ura Mametchi is a very funny character who loves to make people laugh. However, he doesn't always achieve his goal.
In the GOGO! Tama Tama Tamagotchi manga, he ends all of his sentences with "desu na~" (ですな~).

Ura Mametchi evolves from Ura Young Mametchi or Crackertchi with high Funny Skill Points. If he has over 200 Funny points when he graduates from school, gets the Festival Shop Booth Worker job, and then earns 999 Funny points within three days, he will evolve into Hyottokotchi.
Tamagotchi Connection Version 4.5[]
Ura Mametchi evolves from any male teen that has substantially high Funny points. If he has over 450 Skill Points total, with at least 350 in Funny points, he will evolve into Hyottokotchi.

Ura Mametchi is student #012. His favorite subject is gymnastics.
Tamagotchi iD L[]
Ura Mametchi is an alter-ego character on the 15th Anniversary version of the Tamagotchi iD L. When Mametchi visits Uratama Town, Ura Mametchi may appear and ask to switch places. Mametchi will move to Uratama Town while Ura Mametchi takes his place as the user's Tamagotchi. They will switch places again if Uratama Town is revisited.

Ura Mametchi is an NPC that can be interacted with at the Uratama Town park on the 20th Anniversary and Gift versions.
Tamagotchi Smart[]
Ura Mametchi is a raisable adult exclusive to the En-Tama Friends TamaSma Card for the Tamagotchi Smart. He is obtained from any male teen by feeding them the Drooling Water snack the most out of other card content.
