Wagassiertchi (わがシエっち Wagashietchi) is a male adult character that debuted in the anime Tamagotchi! Yume Kira Dream. On the virtual pets, he can be obtained on the Berry Sweets ver. Tama Deco Pierce for the Tamagotchi P's in Japan, and appears internationally on the Tamagotchi Friends.
Name Origin[]
Wagassiertchi's name is a mixture of two different words. "Wagashi" (わがシ) is the word for traditional Japanese confections, and the added "shie" (シエ) in katakana is from patisserie (パティシエ patishie), or "pastry chef".
Appearance[]
Wagassiertchi has white skin and green hair resembling large leaves. He wears a brown scarf.
His original artwork depicts him with a white shirt and black pants (making him look shirtless), whereas in the anime has has a cream-colored shirt and dark brown pants.
His head resembles Kashiwa mochi, a Japanese sweet made with an oak leaf wrapped around mochi filled with red bean paste. It is traditionally served on Boy’s Day in Japan.
Personality[]
Wagassiertchi is a creative Tamagotchi who loves cooking. When he cannot think of any recipe ideas, he becomes very miserable until he gets inspiration. He often uses metaphors involving sweets.

Wagassiertchi is exclusive to the Berry Sweets pierce. He can evolve from any male teen when fed the Chocolate Steam Bun three times.
Tamagotchi Friends[]
Wagassiertchi can evolve from any male teen (Maimaitchi with 1-2 Care Mistakes, Bokuhoshitchi with 1, or Cosmotchi with 4) trained with a Social personality (send 10 messages to another Tamagotchi before it evolves). Additionally, there is a 50% chance of getting him if it's either trained with an Active personality, or no personality training is used at all.

Wagassiertchi and Patitchi appear at the Matchmaker's to make a wedding cake.

He is available to befriend and marry at Wagashi Village on the Sweets version of the Meets.

Tamagotchi! Yume Kira Dream[]
In the anime, Wagassiertchi is an independent young man who runs his own pastry shop, the Wagassierbon. He is very famous in Dream Town for making delicious sweets and always tries to find new ways to make more and more mochi themed treats. He has many fans, and is especially popular with girls. Patitchi looks up to him.
GO-GO Tamagotchi![]
Wagassiertchi's shop moves to Patchi Forest in "A New Spring Gushes Forth? Patchi Forest's Wagassierbon" after Tamagottsun and he becomes depressed because he can't think of any new recipe ideas. Patitchi enlists Kuchipatchi's help to guide him around the forest for new ideas.
In "The Princess of Sweets and Roses", he is smitten by Himebaratchi and does his best to impress her. While Himebaratchi acts cold and stuck up toward him, hurting his feelings, she actually develops a crush on him as well.
