Synopsis[]
Today is the "TAMAX-TV Festival" that everyone has been waiting for. Mametchi and friends enjoy the festival, taking pictures with their favorite hero and looking for Tamamori item bargains. They then decide to entertain the guests at the festival with Mametchi dressing up as Anpan Detective to sell food and as a Vampire to scare people. Melodytchi and Lovelitchi play parts in a historical drama.

Wasshoi! TAMAX-TV Festival[]
Mametchi, Chamametchi, and Hapihapitchi bid Mamemetchi farewell as they head to TAMAX-TV to have fun at the festival. Once they get there Manenentchi and Maisutatchi tell them to look forward to Lovelin and Melodytchi's super concert later today. Mametchi and Chamametchi join up with their group of friends and proceed to have a fun time at the festival. At the Princess Lovelin set, Samuraitchi hands a flier of Kowamotetchi to Chamametchi and friends, saying that he's a criminal on the loose and that the ones to catch him will be rewarded.
Somewhere else, Memetchi and Makiko recognize a street from a popular drama show and they fantasize about Dreamitchi, the show's lead. Kakiwaritchi points out the street is merely a backdrop and the two are embarassed. Dreamitchi himself then appears and offers to take photos in front of the backdrop with them, causing Memetchi, Makiko, and Moriritchi to fight over who gets to go first. Dreamitchi says they don't have to fight and later on, Pashalin takes the photos with Telelin photo bombing every single one of them.
The gang are then seen enjoying other parts of the festival with the girls (except Lovelitchi) fighting to get a good deal at the Tamamori Heaven booth, Chamametchi and friends eating cotton candy, and Kuchipatchi enjoying food bought from Boketchi & Bosatchi. Nearby, TamaPtchi & ADtchi keep watch on all the festivities and note how successful the festival has been. Shakertchi then appears promoting a device that lets Tamagotchis create sushi that has designs in it. Mametchi and friends enjoy creating sushi with Lovelitchi's face, but Telelin wishes she could eat the sushi like everyone else. Lovelitchi offers to create sushi of Telelin which seems to make her feel better. Elsewhere, Spacytchi and his brothers are trying to direct Tamagotchis to an attraction. Spacytchi is successful in getting a couple Tamagotchis to follow him, but Akaspetchi points out how everyone is confused by Pipospetchi since they can't understand him.
The scene changes to a stage where a play of Gotchiman is being held. Herotchi and Madonnatchi are thrown into a cage by Black Hat and they cry for Gotchiman's help, though the two quietly complain about not being the stars of the play. Gotchiman flies in and defeats Black Hat with missiles from his car, freeing Herotchi and Madonnatchi soon after. It's then revealed that the audience consists of only Mametchi, Kuchipatchi, an asleep Necktietchi, and two other confused Tamagotchis. Only Mametchi is enthusiastic about the performance and nearby, TamaPtchi and ADtchi are disappointed about the play's turnout though they seem to appreciate it having at least one fan.
Dodonto! Big Gathering of Popular Programs[]
Back at the TAMAX-TV building, Mametchi and friends decide to participate in the festival as their roles in TAMAX-TV shows. Anpan Detective and Police Officer Kuchipatchi run a booth selling bread buns and milk. Nachuratchi, Pompomtchi, and Sunopotchi buy some of it and try to enjoy it, but Anpan Detective and Kuchipatchi interrupt to show the "right" way of enjoying the food like the characters in the show. The two then rush over to the Princess Lovelin set so they can walk around in character with the other actors. As Chamametchi and friends continue looking for Kowamotetchi, Kowamotetchi himself is seen hiding in an alleyway, looking tired from walking around the festival and surprised no one has seen him yet.
The scene changes to the Mametchi Vampire set where Atsuatsutchi, Sabusabutchi, and Perotchi are exploring the castle. They run into Vampire Mametchi and his converted minions, frightening them and causing them to scream and run away. Elsewhere on the set, Sister Lovelin and Sister Kuchipatchi hold a cooking class with Nachuratchi, Pompomtchi, and Sunopotchi. The group creates a pasta dish with garlic and peppers which they later eat and enjoy. In a scene transition, Mametchi and friends are seen running back in forth dressed in a mix of costumes, trying to get to different sets.
At the Sparkling Tamamori Heaven set, Maisutatchi opens up the show and MC Puppetchi introduces Mametchi and Giragiratchi as contestants. The two show off their festival themed Tamamori, using Memetchi and Makiko as models. As the judges complement the entries, TamaPtchi notes how popular the Sparkling Tamamori Show is and starts forming an idea. MC Puppetchi then directs everyone's attention to the Lovelin Bus nearby, inviting the audience to decorate it with Tamamori. After the bus is decorated, MC Puppetchi announces the start of Lovelin and Melodytchi's super concert and the two perform Happy Happy Harmony.
Elsewhere, the Spacy Brothers are seen exhausted under a tree after working hard at directing Tamagotchis. Kowamotetchi is then seen sitting on a bench to take a rest and removes his costume's headpiece, falling asleep right after. The headpiece rolls over to Spacytchi who puts it on and states that he could intimidate other Tamagotchis into submission with it. However, Chamametchi spots him and recognizes him as the "criminal" they're supposed to catch. She yells out his location which attracts everyone's attention to Spacytchi. A crowd then forms and chases after Spacytchi who is bewildered and confused on why everyone's after him.
Back at the concert, TamaPtchi also notes how popular Lovelin and Melodytchi together are. He then fully forms his idea and explains that they should incorporate the two idols with the Sparkling Tamamori Heaven show, having them travel around to different locations to hold themed Tamamori competitions. ADtchi agrees that this is a good idea and the two become excited for the future.
