Watapatchi (わたぱっち) is a male Tamagotchi character who first appeared as a selectable character on the TamaGoLand website. He later debuted on the Tamagotchi Smart as a NPC.
Name Origin[]
Watapatchi's name comes from the Japanese word wata, meaning fluffy, and patchi, likely taken from Kuchipatchi's name.
Appearance[]
Watapatchi has a white fluffy body with a Kuchipatchi-like beak (although it is shorter, much like Dorotchi's). He has two round tufts of fluff on top of his head, and a yellow stick protruding out of the back of his head. He wears a pink mask over his eyes, with are oval-shaped. In the anime, he has purple irises.
Personality[]
Watapatchi has a pure heart. He loves soft, fluffy things.

Watapatchi appears as a potential partner on the Tamatching App. His hobby is "Gazing at clouds in the sky" and his profile message says "I want to eat fluffy cotton candy with you-patchi". He also appears as a NPC in the Square during August.
