Yonepatchi (よねぱっち Yonepatchi) is a female adult Tamagotchi character that appeared on the Tamagotchi Connection Version 5. Her male counterpart is Kuchipatchi.

Name Origin[]

Yonepatchi's name comes from the Japanese よね (yone), a common expression used in Japanese to prompt the listener to agree with something. In Japanese media, Yonepatchi has a habit of saying 「~したいのよね」(~ shitai no yone), roughly translating to something like 'I kinda wanna do ~'. Adding よね to this sentence makes it sound like even Yonepatchi isn't quite sure if she wants to do it or not. The other part of her name, ぱ (pa) is taken from Kuchipatchi's name as she is the female counterpart to Kuchipatchi.

Appearance[]

She looks very similar to Mamapatchi, except she is peach, has eyelashes, and has two hair buns on the sides of her head instead of just one in the middle.

Personality[]

Yonepatchi always says "I want to do something (...yawn)" but hardly takes actions. She loves Manju (bean-jam bun) and shows a surprising amount of energy if it is involved.

On Virtual Pets[]

Tamagotchi Connection Version 5[]

Yonepatchi is one of the three female adult Tamagotchis in the easy-going family. The other Tamagotchis are Potetchi and HotTeatchi. Yonepatchi evolves from Shelltchi with medium bonding (40%-70%), but can also evolve from Ichigotchi or Chamametchi also with medium bonding if it is trained to have easygoing influence.

Upon marriage, Yonepatchi will evolve into Mamapatchi. If a user raises a Kuchipatchi, raises his bonding to 100% and has him receive a Yonepatchi to marry, the next generation will be the Kuchipa Family.
